Kiwi slices

Kiwi slices are a fragile desert, however, they’re additionally appropriate for buffets. The sponge cake helps the slices of kiwi coated with sweetened jelly.

The best way to proceed

Soak the gelatin in loads of chilly water. Convey the remaining sugar and water to a boil. Squeeze the gelatin, dissolve it in sizzling sugared water and put it aside.
