Penne with greens and roquefort

400 g of penne
200 g of blended greens, e.g. carrots, leek
80 g of pecan nuts
100 g of Roquefort
2 tablespoons of olive oil

Preparation: approx. 20 minutes

Boil the penne al dente in loads of salted water. Drain and allow them to drain.

In the meantime, minimize the greens into strips approx. 2 mm and three cm lengthy. Coarsely chop the walnuts. Lower the Roquefort into cubes of approx. 1 cm. Fry the greens and walnuts in oil for approx. 2 minutes. Add the cream, carry to a boil and season with salt and pepper. Combine the penne with the Roquefort cubes and the greens.
